First Meeting (up to 3 hours)
Initial appointment with up to 3 hours of planning assistance, guidance, vendor recommendations, etc.
Additional email & phone support, researching vendors, etc. will be provided as necessary. Up to 6 hours.
Second Meeting (45- 60 days prior to wedding date)
Coordinator to visit site in advance of the meeting.
Bride and Groom to bring to the meeting:
Copies of all vendor contracts
Details of wedding plans
Wedding Day Time-line, schedule of events
Ceremony Details, wedding party information, set-up, etc.
Reception Details, time-line, set-up, etc.
Coordinator will review the above documents and make sure that all details are in order.
Third Meeting (One-Two weeks prior to wedding date)
Coordinator will contact each vendor one week before wedding day to confirm all arrangements, locations, times, etc.
Coordinator, Bride and Groom will meet in order to:
Discuss any last minute changes
Review the wedding day time-line
Go over details of ceremony & reception as well as set-up/breakdown
Balances due, provide checks for all vendors with outstanding balances
Provide each contracted vendor with details provided by Bride & Groom, review their responsibilities and answer their questions
Direct Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal (up to 2 hours)
Wedding Day Onsite (up to 10 hours w/ assistant)
Take on the role of point-person for all vendors
Set-up services for the entire ceremony and reception with caterer and staff assistance
Direct Ceremony
On-site during reception/ liaison between all vendors and bride/groom
Assist with directing guests to different areas of reception
Assist with breaking down ceremony and setting up reception.
Assist with collecting items belonging to the bride and groom (i.e. gifts, cake servers, champagne flutes, etc.) after the reception
